The submission deadlines for the three four-monthly surveys are:
Tranche One - Friday 28th August 2009
Tranche Two – Monday 28th December 2009 (due to Christmas break)
Tranche Three –Wednesday 28th April 2010 |

Local authorities should use the NI 195 database to aggregate the three four-monthly surveys to produce their annual NI 195 score. This should be done by Tuesday 1st June 2010. |

Local authorities do not need to make a separate return to Government. |
| 15.4 |
Defra will use the aggregated results from the three four-monthly surveys as an authority’s annual return. |
